Rollerball is a 2002 English-language Action Sci-Fi film written by William Harrison, Larry Ferguson and John Pogue. The movie is directed by John Mctiernan and produced by John Mctiernan, Charles Roven and Beau St. Clair. The big thing in 2005 is a violent sport which can have some pretty serious consequences.. like dying. Rollerball stars Chris Klein, Jean Reno, Ll Cool J, Rebecca Romijn-stamos, Naveen Andrews, Rebecca Romijn and Natalie Marciano. The screenplay is written by Larry Ferguson and John Pogue which is inspired from Roller Ball Murder by William Harrison 1975 screenplay Rollerball by William Harrison. The music was composed by Ric Serra. Cinematography was done by Steve Mason and editing by Robert K. Lambert and John Wright. The movie has a running time of 98 minutes. It was released on 8th February 2002. Rollerball was made on a budget of $70 million and at the box office it grossed only $25 million. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by MGM Distribution Co.
