In 1983, police officer Nick Styles tries to distance himself from his childhood friend turned drug dealer, but later becomes a hero during a hostage situation, and in the present day, he must fake his death and seek help from his old friend to prove his innocence when a hitman seeks revenge and frames him for crimes he didnt commit. Ricochet is a 1991 American English-language Action Crime movie starring Denzel Washington, John Lithgow, Ice-t, Lindsay Wagner, Kevin Pollak, Mary Ellen Trainor and Derek Savage. Ricochet was Produced by Michael Levy and Joel Silver. The movie is directed by Russell Mulcahy. Warner Bros acquired the distribution rights for the film. Ricochet was released on 4th October 1991 and takes a screen time of 109 minutes. The film made a box office gross of $21 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Steven E. de Souza. Cinematography was done by Peter Levy and editing by Peter Honess. The music was composed by Alan Silvestri.
