Relife

Arata Kaizaki is 27 years-old and unemployed. He quit his prior job after working for the company for 3 months. Arata Kaizaki decides to take part in a research program ReLIFE. He takes medication that makes him look 10 years younger and he is to attend high school for a year. There, he falls in love with female high school student Chizuru Hishiro. Relife is a 2017 Japanese Japanese-language Sci-Fi film featuring Taishi Nakagawa, Francesco Bargi, Riccardo Benghi, Paolo Giannelli and Elisa Marangon. The movie is inspired from ReLIFE by Yayoiso. C&I Entertainment in association with Culture Entertainment, Dentsu, Earth Star Entertainment, NHN Comico, Nippon Shuppan Hanbai K.K., Parco Co., Ltd., Shochiku and TMS Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kazuo Nakanishi. The movie is directed by Takeshi Furusawa. Shochiku acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Relife was released on 15th April 2017 and takes a screen time of 119 minutes. The film made a box office gross of ¥218 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Kumiko As. Cinematography was done by Yasushi Hanamura and editing by Seiji Harimoto. The music was composed by Yusuke Hayashi.
