Rege

The film follows the story of a college student who becomes involved in the criminal underworld after meeting a small-time gangster, while a police inspector battles against his own superiors and a builder lobby, leading to the eventual murder of the student. Rege is a 2014 Indian Marathi-language Crime Drama movie featuring Mahesh Manjrekar, Pushkar Shrotri, Santosh Juvekar, Aaroh Velankar, Viju Mane, Ramesh Pardesi and Vinod Vanave. Ravi Jadhav Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ashwini Darekar. Rege is written by Abhijit Panse and Pravin Tarde and it is directed by Abhijit Panse. Zee studios acquired the distribution rights for the film. Rege was released on 15th August 2014 and takes a screen time of 111 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Rege was made on a budget of ₹3 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹7 crore. Cinematography was done by Mahesh Limaye and editing by Dinesh Poojary. The music was composed by Avadhoot Gupte along with Monty Sharma.
