A gang of bandits robbed a train and stole a ceremonial sword, leaving one of the ambassadors two samurai dead, and the surviving samurai seeks assistance from one of the gang leaders to track down the sword and the thief. Red Sun is a 1971 English-language Action Western motion picture featuring Charles Bronson, Ursula Andress, Toshir Mifune, Alain Delon, Capucine, Toshirô Mifune and Rodd Redwing. Les Films Corona in association with Oceania Produzioni Internazionali Cinematografiche and Producciones Balc zar S.A. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Robert Dorfmann and Ted Richmond. The movie is directed by Terence Young. Les Films Corona acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Red Sun was released on 15th September 1971 and takes a screen time of 112 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Denne Bart Petitclerc, William Roberts and Lawrence Roman. Cinematography was done by Henri Alekan and editing by Johnny Dwyre. The music was composed by Maurice Jarre.
