Flynn Picture Company in association with Seven Bucks Productions, Bad Version and Inc. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Beau Flynn, Dwayne Johnson, Rawson Marshall Thurber, Dany Garcia and Hiram Garcia. The movie is written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the movie.
