The Indian film Rakht Charitra revolves around a political feud between powerful men, and the revenge sought by the sons of those who were assassinated. Rakta Charitra is a 2010 Indian Telugu-language Action Biography film featuring Vivek Oberoi, Radhika Apte, Shatrughan Sinha, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Abhimanyu Singh, Sushant Singh and Chetanya Adeep. The movie is based on Paritala Ravindra. RGV Film factory was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Madhu Mantena, Chinna Vasudeva Reddy and Sheetal Vinod Talwar. Rakta Charitra is written by Shyamraj Dutta, Sarim Momin, Prashant Pandey, Sandeep Singh and Vayu and it is directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Vistaar Religare Film Fund acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Rakta Charitra was released on 22nd October 2010 and takes a screen time of 123 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Prashant Pandey. Cinematography was done by Amol Rathod and editing by Nipun Ashok Gupta. The music was composed by National Award winner Sukhwinder Singh along with Dharam-sandeep.
