Qatil is written by Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar, Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma, Ravi Kapoor and Mohan Kaul and it is directed by Ashok Gaikwad. Qatil was released on 23rd December 1988. Cinematography was done by Anwar Siraj and editing by Bantappa Rai, Rohita Shetty, Waman Bhonsle and Gurudutt Shirali.
