A police officer seeks justice for his sister after her fiancée is murdered and she loses her eyesight due to the corrupt actions of a smuggling ring. Puli is a 1985 Indian Telugu-language Action Crime film featuring Chiranjeevi, Satyanarayana Kaikala, Annapurna, Rajendra Prasad, Radha Rajasekaran Nair, Nutan Prasad and Subhalekha Sudhakar. Sri Venkata Krishna Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Anam Gopala Krishna Reddy. Puli is written by Satyanand and directed by Raj Bharath and Raj Bharat. Puli was released on 26th July 1985 and takes a screen time of 121 mins. The screenplay for the movie was written by Raj Bharat. Cinematography was done by Lok Singh and editing by M. Vellai Swamy. The music was composed by Ernest Vernon along with Chakravarthy.
