The story follows an honest police inspector named Siva, who is raised by a judge named Sathyamoorthy, as they clash with a powerful smuggler named Mudaliar and deal with the consequences of Rajas rape and subsequent death, creating a conflict between Siva and Sathyamoorthy over the fate of Ramesh.
