A married couple struggles with infertility and the wifes secret career as a scriptwriter while living in a joint family with strict traditional values, leading to conflicts, failed attempts at adoption, and eventually the decision to start anew. Windows Production was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee. The movie is directed by Anindya Chatterjee. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Projapoti Biskut was released on 27th October 2017. The Film was successful at box office. Projapoti Biskut was made on a budget of ₹65 lakh and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹2 crore. Editing was done by Arghyakamal Mitra. The music was composed by Prasen along with Aditya Sengupta.
