Arubere Art Ventura Private Limited was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Ba Raju. Premikulu is written by B. Jaya, Ganesh Ravuri and Veligonda Srinivas and it is directed by B. Jaya. Amarnathan Movies acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Premikulu was released on 4th August 2005. The Film was successful at box office. Premikulu was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹2 crore. Cinematography was done by Vijaya Sri.
