Vinayak is a middle-aged man who is on the verge of getting a divorce. Life seems to be going downhill, which is noticed by his new driver, Nanjundi. Will Vinayak get over the slump in his life? Premier Padmini is a 2019 Indian Kannada-language Drama Romance film featuring Jaggesh, Madhoo, Sudharani, Vivek Simha, Hitha Chandrashekar, Madhu Bala and Pramod Panju. Shruti Naidu Chitra was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Shruti Naidu. The movie is directed by Ramesh Indira. Premier Padmini was released on 26th April 2019 and takes a screen time of 111 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Ramesh Indira.
