Prahlad

A boy named Prahlad devoted himself to Vishnu and refused to worship his demon king father, Hiranyakashipu, leading to Vishnu taking on the avatar of Narasimha to protect Prahlad and defeat Hiranyakashipu. Prahlad is a 2009 Indian Hindi-language Family movie starring Arshad Warsi, Mahima Chaudhry and Shah Rukh Khan. Parallel Media in association with Flipzide and Zero Hour Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Arcadiy Golubovich, Warren Zide and Raymond J. Markovich. Prahlad is written by Samar Khan and Rohit Malhotra and it is directed by Samar Khan. Eros Labs acquired the distribution rights for the film. Prahlad was released on 1st August 2009 and takes a screen time of 162 minutes. Cinematography was done by Sameer Arya and editing by Umesh Gupta. The music was composed by Himesh Reshammiya along with Vishal-shekhar.
