East Coast Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Pokkiri Simon was released on 22nd September 2017. The Film was successful at box office. Pokkiri Simon was made on a budget of ₹30 crore and it was a super hit at box office gross of ₹118 crore. Cinematography was done by Pappinu and editing by Lijo Paul.
