After a piranha attack on an adult-themed water park kills many guests, a marine biology student, her friend, and a sheriff fight to kill the piranhas with explosives. Piranha 3DD is a 2012 American English-language Comedy Horror motion picture starring Danielle Panabaker, Matt Bush, David Koechner, Chris Zylka, Katrina Bowden, Gary Busey and Joylee Chase. The movie is inspired from Characters by Peter Goldfinger Josh Stolberg. Radius-TWC in association with Mark Canton/IPW and Neo Art & Logic. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Mark Canton, Marc Toberoff and Joel Soisson. Piranha 3DD is written by Patrick Melton, Marcus Dunstan, Joel Soisson, Peter Goldfinger and Josh Stolberg and it is directed by John Gulager. Dimension Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Piranha 3DD was released on 15th June 2012 and takes a screen time of 82 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Piranha 3DD was made on a budget of $5 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $8 million. Cinematography was done by Alexandre Lehmann and editing by Devin C. Lussier, Martin Bernfeld and Kirk Morri. The music was composed by Elia Cmiral.
