A billionaires partner plans to steal his assets by undergoing brain transplantation, with a beggar unwittingly becoming the recipient, leading to a series of events where the recipient discovers his new identity and uses it for philanthropy before getting entangled in a murder investigation, sacrificing his freedom but finding solace in being reunited with his sister and having hope for a future with his girlfriend after prison.
