Parallel Media in association with Flipzide and Zero Hour Films. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Arcadiy Golubovich, Warren Zide and Raymond J. Markovich. Paranoia is written by Marcello Coscia, Bruno Di Geronimo, Rafael Romero Marchent and Marie Claire Solleville and it is directed by Umberto Lenzi, John Stalberg and Jr. Anchor Bay Films acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Paranoia was released on 2nd March 1970 and takes a screen time of 99 minutes. Paranoia was made on a budget of $35 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million.
