Pandavas: The Five Warriors

After being cursed, King Pandu leaves his rule in Hastinapur, while his wife Kunti uses her boon to pray for three sons, and his other wife Madri prays for twin sons, resulting in the birth of the Pandavas; however, jealousy and revenge lead to their loss of kingdom and subsequent exile, until a war, aided by Krishna, helps them regain control of Hastinapur. Pandavas: The Five Warriors is a 2000 Indian English-language Animation Action movie. The movie is inspired from Mahabharata by Ganesha. Pentamedia Graphics was the production house involved in the project. Pandavas: The Five Warriors is written by M. Balasubramanian and directed by Usha Ganesarajah and Usha Ganesh Raja. Endemol UK acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Pandavas: The Five Warriors was released on 23rd December 2000 and takes a screen time of 110 minutes. Pandavas: The Five Warriors was made on a budget of ₹1 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Sujatha Rangarajan. Editing was done by B. Lenin and V. T. Vijayan. The music was composed by Ilaiyaraaja.
