In an orphanage in London, Peter and his friend Nibs are taken to Neverland by pirates where they meet James Hook, discover Peters true identity as the legendary Pan, and work together to defeat Blackbeard and rescue the orphans. Pan is a 2015 American English-language Adventure Family motion picture featuring Hugh Jackman, Garrett Hedlund, Rooney Mara, Levi Miller, Amanda Seyfried, Adeel Akhtar and Zakk Pierce. The movie is inspired from Peter Pan by J. M. Barrie. Dharma Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Eric Fellner, Paul Webster, Greg Berlanti and Sarah Schechter. Pan is written by Jason Fuchs and J.m. Barrie and it is directed by Joe Wright. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Pan was released on 8th October 2015 and takes a screen time of 111 minutes. Pan was made on a budget of $150 million and at the box office it grossed only $128 million. Cinematography was done by Seamus McGarvey and John Mathieson and editing by Paul Tothill and William Hoy. The music was composed by John Powell.
