In a small village in 1950s Kerala, a young womans suspicious death is initially brushed off as a seizure, but it is later revealed that she was raped and murdered; after five decades, a detective born on the night of her murder takes on the unsolved case, leading him to suspect a powerful landlord and eventually uncovering the true killer.
