Padikkathavan

Three stepbrothers are separated due to the actions of Rajasekhars wife after his marriage, but Rajendran becomes a taxi driver to support his brother and eventually, with the help of his adopted brothers legal expertise as a judge, clears his name of a murder accusation. Padikkathavan is a 1985 Indian Hindi-language Action Drama motion picture starring Sivaji Ganesan, Rajinikanth, Aachi Manorama, Radha Rajasekaran Nair, Silk Smitha, Ambika Ravikanth and Janagaraj. Sri Eswari Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) N. Veeraswamy and Ravichandran. Padikkathavan is written by Rajasekhar Ramanathan and directed by S.p. Muthuraman and Rajasekhar Ramanathan. Sri Eswari Productions acquired the distribution rights for the film. Padikkathavan was released on 17th February 1985. The movie made a box office gross of ₹6 crore. Cinematography was done by V. Ranga and editing by R. Vittal and S. B. Mohan. The music was composed by National Award winner Ilaiyaraaja.
