A middle-aged man named Michael, diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer, plans to end his life and his best friend, Andy, supports him in their final adventures together before Michaels passing, with Andy finding comfort in a new friendship afterwards. Paddleton is a 2019 American English-language Drama Comedy movie featuring Mark Duplass, Ray Romano, Christine Woods, Jen Sung, Stephen Oyoung, Bjorn Johnson and Carlos A. Salazar. Duplass Brothers Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Alana Carithers, Mark Duplass, Mel Eslyn and Sean Bradley. Paddleton is written by Mark Duplass and Alex Lehmann and it is directed by Alex Lehmann. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Paddleton was released on 22nd February 2019 and takes a screen time of 89 minutes. and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released. Cinematography was done by Nathan M. Miller and editing by Chris Donlon. The music was composed by Julian Wass.

The meandering narrative doesnt contain much in the way of surprises, to be sure, with the picture succeeding primarily as a portrait of a real, down to earth friendship between two men which ensures, certainly, that the happenings within the third act pack far more of an emotional punch than one mightve rightly expected.
