Paavada

The intertwined lives of Joy and Babu, both struggling with alcoholism, face further turmoil when a manipulative film featuring Joys mother is planned for re-release, leading them to join forces in order to protect their loved ones and overcome their own addictions. Paavada is a 2016 Indian Malayalam-language Comedy Drama movie featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Anoop Menon, Asha Sarath, Nedumudi Venu, Maniyanpilla Raju, Miya George and Parvathi Malaa. Maniyanpilla Raju Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Maniyanpilla Raju. Paavada is written by Bipin Chandran, Shibin Francis and Maniyanpilla Raju and it is directed by G Marthandan and G. Marthandan. Anto Joseph Release acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Paavada was released on 5th February 2016 and takes a screen time of 145 minutes. The motion picture made a box office gross of ₹92 crore. The screenplay for the movie was written by Bipin Chandran. Cinematography was done by Pradeep Nair and editing by Johnkutty. The music was composed by Gopi Sunder along with Aby Tom Cyriac.
