GMA Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jose Mari Abacan and Annette Gozon-valdes. Overtime is written by Saajan Agarwal and Ajay Yadav and it is directed by Ajay Yadav, Wincy Aquino Ong and Earl Ignacio. GMA Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Overtime was released on 29th June 2012 and takes a screen time of 95 minutes. Overtime was made on a budget of ₹2 crore and at the box office it grossed only ₹1 lakh. The screenplay for the movie was written by Wincy Aquino Ong. Cinematography was done by Mycko David and editing by Wincy Aquino Ong and Glenn Carbon. The music was composed by Mikoy Morales along with Patience Dear Juggernaut.
