Outlander is a 2008 English-language Action Adventure motion picture starring Jim Caviezel, Sophia Myles, Jack Huston, With Ron Perlman, And John Hurt, John Hurt and Steven Wendland. Ascendant Pictures in association with Rising Star Productions and VIP Medienfonds 4 GmbH & Co. KG. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Chris Roberts, Barrie M. Osborne and John Schimmel. Outlander is written by Dirk Blackman and Howard Mccain and it is directed by Howard Mccain. The Weinstein Company acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Outlander was released on 19th February 2009 in English,Icelandic and Latin languages and takes a screen time of 115 minutes. Outlander was made on a budget of $50 million and at the box office it grossed only $17 million. Cinematography was done by Pierre Gill and editing by David Dodson. The music was composed by Geoff Zanelli.
