A corrupt assistant town planner is targeted by a man named Sukumaran who disguises himself as a vigilance officer to expose his corruption, but faces obstacles and setbacks along the way, including the loss of custody of his daughter, until finally Gopi Krishnan agrees to help him in taking down corrupt real estate developers.
