Observe and Report is a 2009 American English-language Comedy Crime film featuring Seth Rogen, Anna Faris, Michael Pe A, Collette Wolfe, Ray Liotta, Michael Peña and Foued Zayani. The plot follows a mentally unstable vigilante mall cop who wants to join the police academy and his pursuit of a flasher tormenting female visitors to the mall where he works. De Line Pictures in association with Legendary Pictures. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Donald De Line. The film is written and directed by Jody Hill. Warner Bros. Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. The motion picture has a running time of 86 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Observe and Report was made on a budget of $18 million and it was a hit at box office gross of $26 million. Cinematography was done by Tim Orr and editing by Zene Baker. The music was composed by Joseph Stephens.
