A successful businessman and writer, Sethunath, reluctantly agrees to a personal interview with journalist Aneesa when he realizes their shared background in an orphanage, and he opens up about his failed marriage, his love for Priyanandini, and the complications caused by his American wife Manju. Novel is a 2008 Indian Malayalam-language Drama Romance motion picture featuring Sadha, Jagathy Sreekumar, Devan Sreenivasan, Indrans, Jayaram Subramaniam, Saju Kodiyan and Nedumudi Venu. Novel was Produced by East Coast Vijayan. Novel is written by Vijayan East Coast, Ashok Sasi and Azhagappan and it is directed by Vijayan East Coast and East Coast Vijayan. Kalasangham Films acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Novel was released on 25th January 2008. The music was composed by M. Jayachandran along with Balabhaskar.
