Lt. Cdr. Tom Farrell becomes entangled in a web of deceit and betrayal as he tries to uncover the truth behind a murder involving his affair with the Secretary of Defenses mistress, ultimately revealing his true identity as a deep cover Soviet agent named Yuri before deciding to quit being a spy.
