Big Screen Entertainment and Eros International was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kumar Mangat Pathak and Vishal Bhardwaj. No Smoking is written by Raj Singh Chaudhary and Anurag Kashyap and it is directed by Anurag Kashyap. Eros International acquired the distribution rights for the film.
