A writer moves into an abandoned mansion believed to be haunted, but when he communicates with the ghost of a girl named Bhargavi, he uncovers evidence of murder involving her jealous cousin. The movie is inspired from Neelavelicham by Vaikom Muhammad Basheer. OPM Cinemas was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Aashiq Abu and Rima Kallingal. The movie is directed by Aashiq Abu. OPM Cinemas acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Neelavelicham was released on 20th April 2023. The screenplay for the movie was written by Vaikom Muhammad Basheer and Hrishikesh Bhaskaran. Cinematography was done by Girish Gangadharan and editing by V. Saajan. The music was composed by Bijibal along with Rex Vijayan and M. S. Baburaj.
