Polygram in association with and Tristars International. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Sibte Hassan Rizvi. Nati Binodini is written by Subhash Sehgal and directed by Dinen Gupta and Subhash Sehgal. Columbia Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Nati Binodini was released on 12th February 1994 and takes a screen time of 165 min. Cinematography was done by Harmeet Singh and editing by Subhash Sehgal. The music was composed by Jatin Lalit.
