A South Korean expedition is trekking across the Antarctic when they discover a journal left by a British team that was lost 80 years earlier. As they press onward, they begin to notice strange similarities between the ill-fated British journey and their own. In the unforgiving environment where small mistakes can doom an entire party, the team steadily descends deeper into fatal delusions. Written by Jean-Marc Rocher Namgeuk-ilgi is a 2005 Korean Korean-language Horror Mystery movie starring Song Kang-ho, Yoo Ji-tae, Kang-ho Song, Ji-tae Yu, Kyeong-ik Kim, Hee-soon Park and Sam Hammington. Namgeuk-ilgi was Produced by Cha Seung-jae, Noh Jong-yun and Chae Hoe-seung. Namgeuk-ilgi is written by Yim Pil-sung, Bong Joon-ho and Lee Hae-jun and it is directed by Yim Pil-sung. Showbox Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Namgeuk-ilgi was released on 19th May 2005 and takes a screen time of 114 minutes. Namgeuk-ilgi was made on a budget of ₹65 lakh and at the box office it grossed only $5 million. Cinematography was done by Chung Chung-hoon and editing by Kim Sun-min. The music was composed by Kenji Kawai.
