The film revolves around Manohar Mano, a former prisoner from Chennai, India, who narrates his story to a jail warden in Paris, detailing his turbulent relationship with Keerthana, an arrogant television producer, their initial conflicts, his love for her, and their eventual reunion in Chennai. Mr.Local is a 2019 Tamil-language Drama Action film featuring Sivakarthikeyan, Siva Karthikeyan, Nayanthara Kurian, Radhika Sarathkumar, Thambi Ramayya, Ch Satish Kumar and Lizzie Antony. Studio Green was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) K. E. Gnanavel Raja. The film is written and directed by M. Rajesh. Tanvee Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Mr.Local was released on 17th May 2019 and takes a screen time of 154 minutes. Mr.Local was made on a budget of $165 million. Cinematography was done by Dinesh Krishnan and Arthur A. Wilson and editing by Vivek Harshan. The music was composed by Hiphop Tamizha Adhi along with Hiphop Tamizha.
