Columbia Pictures in association with New Line Cinema, Happy Madison Productions and Out of the Blue Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Jack Giarraputo, Sidney Ganis and Sid Ganis. Mr. Deeds is written by Clarence Budington Kelland, Robert Riskin and Tim Herlihy and it is directed by Steven Brill. Sony Pictures Releasing acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Mr. Deeds was released on 28th June 2002 and takes a screen time of 96 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Mr. Deeds was made on a budget of $50 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $171 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Tim Herlihy.
