The movie depicts the life of Chiron, a bullied child growing up amidst the crack epidemic in Miami, who forms a bond with a drug dealer named Juan but faces neglect from his addicted mother; as Chiron grows up, he becomes a drug dealer himself, reconnects with a childhood friend named Kevin, reconciles with his mother in a treatment center, and ultimately finds solace and intimacy in Kevins presence. Moonlight is a 2016 English-language Drama movie featuring Mahershala Ali, Shariff Earp, Duan Sanderson, Alex R. Hibbert, Janelle Monae, Naomie Harris and J.c. Gutierrez. Moonlight was Produced by Adele Romanski, Dede Gardner and Jeremy Kleiner. Moonlight is written by Barry Jenkins and Tarell Alvin Mccraney and it is directed by Barry Jenkins. Moonlight was released on 27th April 2017 and it received positive reviews from critics when it was released.
