Mike dreams of becoming a scarer and enrolls in Monsters Universitys scaring program where he meets Sulley and Randall, but their rivalry leads to them failing their first semester exams and they end up competing in the Scare Games with OK fraternity, winning but facing humiliation when Sulley cheats, and ultimately, they both find success in the scaring industry with different roles. Monsters University is a 2013 American English-language Animation Adventure motion picture starring Billy Crystal, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi, Helen Mirren, Peter Sohn, Joel Murray and Phil Proctor. Walt Disney Pictures in association with Pixar Animation Studios. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Kori Rae. Monsters University is written by Dan Scanlon, Daniel Gerson, Robert L. Baird, Adrian Molina and Dan Gerson and it is directed by Dan Scanlon. Walt Disney Studios acquired the distribution rights for the film. Monsters University was released on 20th June 2013 and takes a screen time of 104 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Monsters University was made on a budget of $200 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $743 million. Cinematography was done by Matt Aspbury and Jean-Claude Kalache and editing by Greg Snyder. The music was composed by Academy Award Oscar winner Randy Newman.

Would I chide Monsters University for mere competence if Pixar didnt have that first 15 year stretch of transportive animations on its transcript, before losing its shine with Cars 2 and the better but still underwhelming Brave Probably not I mean, its not like Monsters University is a bad movie.
