Monsoon

Karnan is a film that explores the societal implications and challenges faced by a 15-year-old boy in love with a 28-year-old married woman who is grieving the loss of her husband, with a poignant reminder of the power of love to conquer obstacles. Kayal Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Thampy Antony. Monsoon is written by Suzad Iqbal Khan, Varun Mehra, Abi Varghese, Matt Grubb and Naveen Bhaskar and it is directed by Suzad Iqbal Khan and Abi Varghese. Central Pictures & Tricolor Entertainment acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Monsoon was released on 20th February 2015. The film made a box office gross of ₹40 lakh. Cinematography was done by Lukasz Pruchnik and editing by Don Max. The music was composed by Jakes Bejoy.
