The film delves into the themes of money and its influence over individuals, as unemployed friends Chakri and Bose each take divergent paths to attain wealth, with Boses love for Renu being hindered by his financial insecurity leading to a desperate decision to kidnap their neighbor, Vijaya, for ransom, only to find themselves entangled in a web of deceit, fake murders, and a vengeful act of violence, ultimately resulting in Vijaya hiring Bose and Chakri and leaving Rao on the run from the authorities.
