Miles Ahead is a 2016 American English-language Biography Drama movie starring Don Cheadle, Ewan Mcgregor, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Keith Stanfield, Michael Stuhlbarg, Lakeith Stanfield and Michael Cole. Bifrost Pictures in association with Miles Davis Properties, LLC, IM Global Films, Sobini Films, Yellowsaw Productions Limited and Crescendo Productions. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Darryl Porter, Vince Wilburn, Daniel Wagner, Robert Ogden Barnum, Don Cheadle, Pamela Hirsch and Lenore Zerman. Miles Ahead is written by Steven Baigelman, Don Cheadle, Stephen J. Rivele and Christopher Wilkinson and it is directed by Don Cheadle. Sony Pictures Classics acquired the distribution rights for the movie. Miles Ahead was released on 22nd April 2016 and takes a screen time of 100 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $3 million. The screenplay for the movie was written by Steven Baigelman and Don Cheadle. Cinematography was done by Roberto Schaefer and editing by John Axelrad and Kayla M. Emter. The music was composed by Robert Glasper.
