Mera Saaya

A man mourns the loss of his wife, but when a bandit claiming to be her emerges, he suspects she is an impostor until he discovers that his wife had a twin sister who was also a bandit. Mera Saaya is a 1966 Indian Hindi-language Drama Musical motion picture featuring Sunil Dutt, K.n. Singh, Prem Chopra, Sadhana Shivdasani, Jagdish Sethi, Anwar Hussain and Saroj Khan. The movie is inspired from Pathlaag by Raja Paranjape. Mera Saaya was Produced by Premji. Mera Saaya is written by Akhtar-ul-iman and G.r. Kamath and it is directed by Raj Khosla. Mera Saaya was released on 1st January 1966 and takes a screen time of 140 minutes. Mera Saaya was made on a budget of ₹30 lakh and at the box office it grossed only ₹5 lakh. The screenplay for the movie was written by G.R. Kamath. Cinematography was done by V. Babasaheb and editing by Das Dhaimad. The music was composed by Madan Mohan along with Raja Mehdi Ali Khan.
