A colonel dealing with depression falls in love with his subordinates fiancée, but eventually realizes his mistake and helps bring them together, even going to the extent of staging a fake suicide, potentially facing consequences for his actions. Meghaam is a 2004 Indian Telugu-language Drama film starring Mammootty, Priya Gill, Dileep, Pooja Batra, K. P. A. C. Lalitha, Sreenivasan and Raghu. Sitara Combines was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Suresh Balaje. The movie is directed by Priyadarshan. Pranavam Movies Ltd acquired the distribution rights for the film. Meghaam was released on 4th June 2004 and takes a screen time of 138 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by T.
