Gotham Group in association with Temple Hill Entertainment and Oddball Entertainment. were the production houses involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Joe Hartwick Jr., Wes Ball, Wyck Godfrey, Ellen Goldsmith-vein, Marty Bowen, Joe Hartwick and Lee Stollman. The movie is directed by Wes Ball. 20th Century Fox acquired the distribution rights for the film.
