After being wrongly imprisoned for murder, a police inspector-turned-underworld figure seeks revenge on a dangerous gangster with the help of an assassin, but when the assassin kills the wrong person, he decides to quit his criminal life, leaving the former police inspector to pursue his mission alone while avoiding Mathurs gang.
