IRK Films was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Hareem Farooq, Reham Khan, Munir Hussain and Imran Raza Kazmi. The movie is directed by Chitta Bose and Chitta Basu. ARY Films acquired the distribution rights for the film. Mantra Shakti was released on 1st January 1954. The music was composed by Taha Malik along with Ahmed Ali, Armaan Malik and Salim Sulaiman.
