Poriyaalan is a South Indian film about an architect named Kathir who falls in love with an employee named Nandhini, but his troubled childhood affects his perception of relationships and causes suspicion, leading to a fake confession of murder, which Nandhini had planned to help him reform. Mandhira Punnagai is a 2010 Indian Tamil-language Thriller Drama motion picture starring Karu Pazhaniappan, Thambi Ramaiah, Ammu, Dhananjayan, Meenakshi Sarkar, Naglan Ponnusamy and Maheshwari. Indira Pictures was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Karthic Nagarajan. The movie is written and directed by Karu Pazhaniappan. Indira Pictures acquired the distribution rights for the film. Mandhira Punnagai was released on 19th November 2010. Cinematography was done by Ramanath Shetty and editing by Raja Mohammad.
