Majhli Didi

A man named Bipinchandra marries a city girl named Hemangini against his familys wishes, causing tension in the family which escalates when Hemangini testifies against her brother-in-law in court and leads to the division of the familys property, and the situation worsens with the mistreatment of Kadambinis step-brother, Kishan, by everyone in the family, leading to a potential conflict between Bipinchandra and Hemangini over whether she should abandon Kishan or face a possible divorce. Majhli Didi is a 1967 Indian Hindi-language Drama movie featuring Meena Kumari, Dharmendra, Meena Kumari Bano, Lalita Pawar, Sachin Dev Burman, Bipin Gupta and Sachin Pilgoankar.
