Majaa

A thief and his sons try to start a new honest life in a village, where his sons love for a girl leads to unexpected complications involving debt, love triangles, and manipulative relatives. Majaa is a 2005 Indian Tamil-language Action Comedy motion picture featuring Vikram, Vadivelu, Asin Thottumkal, Pasupathy Ramasaamy, Anu Prabhakar, S Manivannan Rajagopal and Ilavarasu. The movie is inspired from Thommanum Makkalum by Shafi. Rockline Entertainment was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) Rockline Venkatesh. Majaa is written by Benny P. Nayarambalam, Viji Radhika, Sri Ramakrishna and Shafi and it is directed by Shafi. Aascar Films International acquired the distribution rights for the motion picture. Majaa was released on 1st November 2005 and takes a screen time of 138 minutes. The screenplay for the movie was written by Viji. Cinematography was done by Balasubramaniem and editing by V. T. Vijayan. The music was composed by Vidyasagar.
