Two women, Lou and Hannah, come together to track down a hitchhiker who has kidnapped Vee, Hannahs daughter, and face numerous obstacles along the way, ultimately leading to Lou sacrificing herself for the rescue of Vee. Lou is a 2017 American English-language Animation Comedy motion picture featuring Allison Janney, Jurnee Smollett, Logan Marshall-green, Ridley Asha Bateman and Matt Craven. Bad Robot Productions was the production house involved in the project along with executive producer(s) J.j. Abrams, Jon Cohen and Hannah Minghella. Lou is written by Maggie Cohn and Jack Stanley and it is directed by Anna Foerster. Netflix acquired the distribution rights for the film. Lou was released on 15th June 2017 and takes a screen time of 109 minutes. The movie made a box office gross of $1 million.
